I was photographed and interviewed by an area paper today for having my recipe published in the Gooseberry Patch Cookbook today. It took two years for them to get to mine to try it out and the picked it! It is a Salmon Dijon dish. I am a celebrity Chef! He he he!!!
I worked noon to 8:15pm. I am worn out! It was so hard to tell all my clients about leaving. I wanted to cry so many times! But at the same time I am so excited to open my own salon, called Salon Suite.
Phoenix spent the day with Grammie. I missed him before going to bed, he is such a sweetie. He loves to eat, It is great, he opens that lil mought way open like a baby bird, and waits patiently for the next. I really have no idea where he got his patience from!!!
